Join us at Fowler Global Innovation on Saturday, June 13 at 5 pm (PDT). Goldfish founder Amy Duncan will be participating as a finalist judge to evaluate pitches from a group of resilient global student social innovators representing 19 countries and 30 universities competing for combined prizes of $55,000. Teams present their ideas by video to judges, followed by a live Q&A on June 9 and 10. Twelve finalist teams will be determined by Friday, June 12. The live event on Saturday, June 13, will include a 90-second video clip from each finalist.

The Fowler Global Social Innovation Challenge (GSIC) is a social venture pitch competition that recognizes, resources, and rewards student-led social ventures focused on sustainable change. The Fowler GSIC is run by the Center or Peace and Commerce (CPC) at the University of San Diego (USD), in partnership with universities/colleges around the world. The CPC is a collaborative effort between two USD schools: the School of Business and the Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies, and is focused on preparing new generations of changemakers.
